Ngoonbi is a contracted Agent for Centrelink, providing community members with support to access Centrelink services.
Services include:
Face to face information services.
Encourage and educate customers to access Centrelink’s suite of self-service facilities (phone, fax and Internet) to access Centrelink’s services and information.
Issuing of Emergency Relief to eligible clients.
Check, review for completion any Centrelink documents lodged by customers.
Provide proof of identity checks on behalf of Centrelink.
Provide Services Australia with feedback on how these services can be improved.
